How to pay as a visitor

  1. 1Tap in and out at the gate with a contactless e-money card. Cards are sold at station counters and some minimarts; top up with cash at the counter.
  2. 2Some gates accept QRIS-based or app tickets; availability changes, so check at the station before relying on it.
  3. 3Foreign bank cards usually don't work at the gates. Bring some rupiah cash for buying and topping up a card.
  4. 4Tap out at your destination. Keep your card until you've left the gate.
